VISION & EXPERTISE
Our vision
A successful lure is born from the balance between functional aesthetics, on-the-water effectiveness, and reliability in production.
Each project is a complete product development process: a real need, a validated direction, then progressive refinement.
We validate consistency, stability, and repeatability until we achieve a credible, controlled action—both in the water and on the shelf.
What sets us apart
Our development process (from brief to production)
1. First contact
You reach out with an idea, a need, or a well-defined project. We quickly assess feasibility and the right level of support.
2. Discussion and needs definition
Together we clarify the essentials: target species, intended use, fishing conditions, technical constraints, product range objectives, quantities, and timeline.
3. Development directions and quotation
We propose one or more development paths. If needed, we provide diagrams or sketches to validate the intent, then a clear quote based on scope.
Validation and project launch
Once the direction is approved, we start development and lock the project framework: milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
5. 3D design and technical choices
We design the geometry and internal architecture, integrating the technical decisions required for performance (balancing, hydrodynamics, action mechanics), without disclosing sensitive elements.
6. Prototyping
We produce the first prototypes to confront the concept with real-world conditions: handling, behavior, overall consistency.
7. Testing and iterations
We test and measure key criteria: action, stability, hold, casting distance, behavior in varying conditions. Then we iterate until we reach the expected action and performance level.
8. Final approval, pre-series, and production
After validation, we prepare the pre-series and industrialization, then support series production to ensure consistency in the final product.
What you get
Depending on your needs, you may receive:
-
-
A model developed for your brand, ready for production
-
Action/behavior validation aligned with the intended use
-
Industrialization preparation (pre-series, adjustments, securing the process)
-
Support through to the final product: finishing, rigging/hardware, packaging (if included in the project)
-
